Service Limitations
Services are limited to non-machining and non-permanent modification work. Advanced machining, NFA-regulated services, and permanent receiver alterations are not offered.
Appointment-Only Service
All services are conducted by scheduled appointment during posted business hours. Customer access is limited to designated business areas of the premises. Firearms are securely stored and records maintained in accordance with federal regulations.
What to Bring for a Firearm Transfer
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Any required documentation from the seller
- Transfer reference or order number (if applicable)
- Payment for transfer fees

Rights of Service
GTP FFL & Gunsmith reserves the right to refuse service, transfers, or transactions at our discretion in accordance with all applicable federal and Texas laws.
Service may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Failure to provide valid government-issued identification
- Inability to lawfully complete required federal or state transfer documentation
- Suspected straw purchases or unlawful activity
- Unsafe firearm conditions
- Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Noncompliance with shop policies
All firearm transfers and services are subject to compliance with ATF regulations and Texas law. Our priority is safety, legal compliance, and professional conduct.
